Once built, Towcester Park will generate a mix of new high-quality employment space, including space for small to medium-sized enterprises.

The site will deliver 45 acres of new employment space across a range of different uses in addition to 15 acres of greenspace, amenity land and retained and enhanced landscaping.

Additional uses which complement the main employment use, could include small-scale retail/food & drink, and roadside uses.
